I've got you covered.FAQS: My Process
-
Just reach out through the contact form + we’ll get you all set! To officially hold your date, I’ll send over a contract and retainer. The rest is due before or on the day of your session - no surprises.
-
I’ve got you covered from start to finish. You’ll get planning help, a guided-but-relaxed session (nothing stiff or awkward), hand-edited images, and a private online gallery where you can download, share, and relive it all.
-
It depends on the session and how long we’re shooting, but I always deliver a thoughtfully curated gallery of the very best moments. Once you’re booked, I’m happy to give you a general idea of what to expect.
-
Portrait sessions usually take about 2–3 weeks, and weddings around 6–8 weeks. I’ll often share a few sneak peeks for weddings because I know waiting is the hardest part.
-
You’ll receive a private online gallery through Pic-Time where you can download high-resolution images, share with loved ones, and order prints if you’d like.
-
Yes! You can order professional-quality prints straight from your gallery, or download your images and print them wherever you prefer.
-
Of course - please do! Credit is always appreciated. I just ask that the images aren’t edited further so they reflect the final look.
-
Retainers are non-refundable, but sessions can be rescheduled with enough notice. Wedding-specific details are always outlined clearly in the contract.
-
I only deliver fully edited images - the finished, stylized moments. Raw files aren’t included.
So not the drama.FAQs: Your Session
-
Yes! Local travel is included. If we’re heading a bit farther or planning a destination wedding, travel fees may apply. We’ll talk through it ahead of time!
-
Anywhere that feels like you. Outdoors, in your home, or at a spot we choose together. I’ll help with location ideas that match your vision and have the prettiest light.
-
After booking, I’ll send outfit tips to help you feel confident and comfortable. Soft, coordinating colors, neutral tones, and simple textures tend to photograph best. The goal is for you to shine, not the outfit.
-
Yes! I offer mini sessions seasonally in limited spots. I’ll announce them ahead of time and they’re booked first-come, first-served.
-
If it’s unsafe or really extreme, we’ll reschedule - no stress. Cloudy days are actually amazing for photos and usually don’t change a thing.
-
Absolutely. If the location allows it and your pet is comfortable, they’re more than welcome. They’re part of the family too.
-
Newborn sessions are slow, cozy, and completely baby-led. We usually schedule them within the first few weeks, with plenty of time for feeding, soothing, and breaks. No rushing - ever.
